1. Shipping Availability
The Company currently ships only within the United States.
International shipping is not offered at this time.
Orders submitted with international delivery addresses may be cancelled at the Company’s discretion.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed during standard business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing times may vary based on order volume, verification requirements, availability, periods of elevated demand, or other operational factors. During times of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
Order processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
3. Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping options and associated rates are determined based on order value and selected service level.
At present, the following shipping structure applies:
- Orders over $1,500:
Complimentary overnight shipping provided. - Orders under $1,500 (Standard Delivery):
Standard ground shipping (estimated 3–5 business days) is available at a flat rate of $20. - Orders under $1,500 (Overnight Delivery):
Overnight shipping is available at a flat rate of $60.
Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed and may be impacted by factors beyond the Company’s control.
4. Promotional & Pricing Disclaimers
All shipping rates, service levels, promotions, and thresholds are subject to change at any time without notice.
Complimentary or promotional shipping offers:
- Apply only where explicitly stated
- Are non-transferable
- May be modified, suspended, or discontinued at the Company’s discretion
5. Delivery Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
The Company is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Address changes submitted after order processing
- Carrier delivery attempts deemed unsuccessful
Orders returned due to address issues may be subject to reshipment fees or cancellation at the Company’s discretion.
6. Risk of Loss & Title Transfer
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.
The Company is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring after transfer to the carrier, except as expressly stated in the Refund & Return Policy.
7. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, you must notify the Company within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographic documentation of the package and contents
Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
Any resolution will be determined at the Company’s sole discretion.
8. Shipping Delays & Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, labor disruptions, supply constraints, or governmental actions.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect upon posting to the website.
